That Sticky Note Trick
Are you struggling with not being able to print as much as you want on your icing sheets?
Does your edible paper printer seem to print over the same spot near the end of the sheet all the time?

I have a trick to fix that! It’s called the Sticky Note Trick! But how does it work?
The acetate carrier sheet (the clear backing your peel your edible images off of) sometimes slips inside your edible paper printer. This slipping seems to happen the most near the tail end of the sheet. The Sticky Note Trick solves this by giving the printer a little extra to grip near the tail of the sheet.
It’s the perfect answer: simple, quick, cheap. I love it!
Just a few things to be cautious with…
Make sure the sticky part of your sticky note is on the acetate carrier sheet, and not the icing sheet.
This trick will not work with edible papers that do not have an acetate carrier (such as SmArt Sheets and Wafer Paper). Why though? It’s because the adhesive on the sticky notes is not food safe, and will contaminate your edible paper.
