If a product is defective, you have the option of having the product replaced at our expense.

Unless otherwise noted, all products are warranted for 90 days.

Services Return Policy

A service is defined as anything purchasable, which is non-tangible for the purposes of this Policy. Items purchased for reproduction at your home or business (e.g., printed) are considered non-tangible for the purposes of this Policy.

All services sales are final and non-returnable except in the circumstance of non-performance.

Non-performance is defined as the service you purchase not being fulfilled by Edible Tech Guru LLC within a reasonable time (typically 30 days or less), and we do not make any effort to resolve the situation.

Gift certificates Return Policy

Gift certificates may be returned within 15 days of purchase. A processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the purchase price.
